Duelin' B-B-Q Sauce

Duelin' BBQ Soup (Click here for printer-friendly)
Serves 5
1 Lb Chuck Roast
1 Large Chopped Onion     
4 Cups Water
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 small bag of mixed vegetables
2 Stalks of Celery
1/2 Cup Barley
1 Can diced Tomatoes
1/2 Cup DUELIN' BBQ SAUCE

In large stockpot, add water, chuck roast, onion and garlic powder. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours - till meat is tender and completely cooked through.
Remove meat from stock and shred with a fork. Return shredded meat to stock and add remaining ingredients.  
Cover and simmer till celery is tender - about 1 hour. Add 1/2 cup Duelin' BBQ Sauce.
Serve immediately.
