Duelin' B-B-Q Sauce
Serves...
1 slab baby back ribs per person
Ribs, trimmed
1 cup chunked apple (or other fruit)
1/2 cup water
Aluminum foil
Grill with warming rack
Wash and prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of ribs.
Create a pouch around your ribs out of aluminum foil.
Place about ½ cup of water in the pouch.
Add cut up chunks of apple or any other fruit to the pouch.
Grill pouches over low heat (about 225°) for 2 ½ hours, or till meat is tender and cooked thoroughly.
Remove ribs from pouch and place on warming rack.
Sauce liberally with DUELIN' BBQ SAUCE.
Cook for an additional 30 minutes, turning and saucing frequently.
